Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our maintenance team where you will design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment. You will also troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints. Your knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems will be essential, along with your ability to perform basic mechanical repairs.
Responsibilities

Design minor electrical circuits.

Test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits.

Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.

Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment.

Read and interpret schematics or blueprints.
-
Perform basic mechanical repairs.
Essential Skills
-
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
-
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
-
Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
-
Ability to utilize a computer for parts search and work entry into a CMMS.
-
Two-year Associate degree.
-
2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Journeyman Maintenance or Electrician certification is a plus.

3 Phase experience is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
