Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care(bathing, grooming, dressing).
  • Support daily tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
  • Provide companionship to improve clients' emotional well-being.
  • Help with mobility and physical support as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to form meaningful connections with clients.
  • Ability to treat seniors with dignity, respect, and a professional, empathetic approach.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Caregiving experience preferred but not required-we'll train the right person
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six months of caregiving experience in homes or facilities (preferred but not required).
  • Experience supporting older adults with various care needs.
  • COVID-19 vaccination.
