Opportunity Highlights:
- Join an established care team of 1 physician and 3 advanced practice providers
- Walk-in clinic offering flexible shift scheduling, including part-time options
- Work-life balance supported by full patient coverage when off-duty
- Clinic open 7 days a week to serve community needs
- Average work schedule of 3.5 days per week, including some weekend shifts
- Physician-led, patient-focused medical group environment

- Very competitive sign-on bonus of up to 125k
- Competitive salary range: $300,000 - $313,000 annually

- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area. MMG is a large multi-specialty medical group of 500+ providers comprised of primary care physicians, specialists in more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. These professionals provide seamless primary and specialty care, working together to meet the unique needs of each individual patient.
