THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity to join our founding team as a Delivery Driver. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering Thrive Market products directly to our members.Job Details - Shift: Weekend Day Shifts
Pay: $21 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving a company-supplied Sprinter Van
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicle with up to 50 lb. packages
- Delivering goods to customers by driving a company vehicle during workdays
- Keeping track of inventory and supplies in the truck
- Communicating with the Delivery Team on days when deliveries are made
- Providing a top-level customer experience to every member you interact with
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk up/down stairs throughout your shift
- Operate and navigate a delivery van/box truck
- Operate pallet jack
- Working and driving in varying weather conditions
- Able to pass a DOT physical exam
- Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, and Drug test
