Fund Formation Associate Attorney

About the Role
The firm is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of private investment fund formation experience. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience representing both sponsors and investors across the full lifecycle of private investment funds.
Key experience includes:
- Executing fund formation transactions
- Handling sponsor-level matters, including general partner and management company structuring
- Assisting with secondary transactions involving limited partner interests or portfolio company interests
- Advising on a range of complex fund-related matters within a sophisticated corporate practice
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected annual salary: $235,000+
