Position Highlights
The Recruiter / Sourcer is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle-from identifying and attracting top talent to engaging passive candidates and successfully closing offers. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and designs proactive strategies to source and recruit the best candidates.
Key responsibilities include building and nurturing talent pipelines, tracking sourcing activities, crafting personalized outreach, and staying current on innovative tools and best practices in recruitment. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable talent strategist with strong relationship-building skills, able to connect effectively with both candidates and hiring leaders while navigating the evolving recruitment landscape.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8-5
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience
