III. Professionalism and Integrity
Confidentiality (Non-Negotiable): Maintain absolute and strict confidentiality regarding all company discussions, office information, and internal affairs. This applies especially to Residents and outside parties.
Boundary Setting: Possess the strength and communication skills to clearly, respectfully, and consistently set and enforce property rules and company policies.
Integrity: Maintain a professional and drama-free environment. You must strictly avoid and shut down hearsay, rumor-mongering, or unprofessional conduct.
Priority: Your decisions and actions must consistently reflect that the Company and Property are the absolute priority.
Creativity: Bring a touch of creativity to improve processes or enhance the Resident experience (e.g., communications, minor event planning).
