As our General Manager, your mission is to uphold Border Foods' CORE values, including Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

Your role is vital in ensuring that both employees and guests have enriching experiences. You will oversee the entire restaurant operations and cultivate a strong team that consistently delivers exceptional food and service.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
  • Experience in sales building, P&L management, recruitment, and training.
  • Proven success in hiring and retaining talent.
  • Willingness to work varied hours as needed.
  • ServeSafe Certification is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance are necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements:
The role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
