Are you a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist ready to support students face-to-face in a school environment? The Edustaff Spotlight Program is seeking dedicated SLPs to provide essential speech and language services to students with IEPs and 504 plans. What You'll Do:
As a vital member of the Edustaff Spotlight team, you will:
- Conduct in-person evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools.
- Develop and implement IEPs, creating customized goals tailored to each student's strengths and challenges.
- Provide direct, face-to-face therapy sessions that target articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
- Track and report student progress, adapting therapy approaches based on outcomes and team feedback.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success across academic and social settings.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input to guide team decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in school-based speech-language services and professional development.
