QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold a Professional Educator License valid in Illinois with an endorsement in School Social Worker
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address the social well-being of students (ACES and Trauma Informed Care)
- Provide information and resources for parents and students to support the social well-being of students
- Provide case management services for special education students
- Conduct individual and group social work sessions for eligible students
- Participate and contribute to Eligibility and IEP Meetings
- Serve as a liaison for distressed students

SALARY RANGE: In accordance with experience and the PNA contract
Range ($49,437.00 - $61,117.00)
EFFECTIVE: 2025-2026 School Year
