Job Summary:
The Senior Budget Analyst plans, facilitates, and supports complex methodology development and evaluation, business process re-engineering, identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development. Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
Location: San Francisco Regional Headquarters, 90 7th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103
Salary: $100,000-$112,000
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Monitor, reconcile, and report on financial transactions in FFMS, WebView, and Revenue Management System (RMS).
- Prepare and review invoice packages, funding requests, and budget analysis reports.
- Track and reconcile Security Work Authorizations (SWAs), Exhibit 1 Guard Post data, and spend plans.
- Support regional management in forecasting, financial closeout, and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel pivot tables, Access databases, and financial dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or Masters Degree with 8 years.
