Integration Engineer Lead

The Integration Engineer Lead directs the development and implementation of solutions for integrating software, hardware, or other systems across different parts of the organization. This position oversees administrative and technical procedures on information systems and covers multiple functional areas (systems design, systems and network administration, programmer/analyst, and information technology support). Working under no supervision, this role leads a team that focuses on ensuring that applications function seamlessly with business processes, organization data, and IT infrastructure.

Essential Job Function

  • Leads the evaluation of existing systems' integration requirements to ensure that solutions meet organizational needs, often collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Approves the design and development of data transformation processes required to support integration between different systems.
  • Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves the most complex testing issues before launching a solution, guiding junior colleagues on simpler issues.
  • Oversees the preparation of functional and technical documentation, such as testing procedures and schedules, data architecture mappings, and application reports.
  • Participates in developing plans, schedules, and requirements for the deployment and lifecycle of systems.
  • Maintains familiarity with installed software standards and procedures and provides technical guidance to other staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
