We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility. Maintenance technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems as needed. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

Including but not limited to --

• Performing routine general and preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, inspecting systems for proper operation, painting, carpentry, window and wall repair, call system repair and grounds maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care Facility preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
