Compensation
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2330 - $2500 per week
- Location: Newton, MA 02459 and surrounding Boston neighborhoods (Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Cambridge, Fenway, etc.)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/11/2026 - End: 4/11/2026)
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment
- Weekend Rotation: Once every 6 weeks
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of certified home health or homecare nursing experience
- At least 1 year of case management experience in a clinical or home health setting
- Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Newton and Boston area
- Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
- Completion of required onboarding and health screenings (MMR, TB, Influenza, etc.)
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized home health care plans
- Provide ongoing patient education and support to patients and families in the home setting
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with community health and homecare standards
- Perform patient admissions and comprehensive case management duties
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation using EMR systems
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in scheduled weekend rotations as required
