We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our family. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional care to residents, assisting them with daily activities and enhancing their comfort and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with a variety of care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support.
  • Engage residents with interaction and conversation as well as through programs and activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the nursing team to meet residents' care needs effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment while assisting residents with keeping their rooms organized.

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:

  • Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration.
  • A genuine experience and passion for working with seniors.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other physically demanding activities.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow staff members.
  • In good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.

Education:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant or a related qualification.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant.
