Compensation & Benefits

Your Responsibilities

  • Create accurate, detailed repair estimates through thorough examination and analysis of vehicle damage.
  • Educate customers on the repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations to enhance their experience.
  • Follow the ABRA playbook ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide prompt updates on repair status, emphasizing the importance of communication and trust.
  • Guarantee every repair meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser.
  • Experience in damage analysis related to hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft, or vandalism damage.
  • Proficient in using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • I-CAR training or other industry certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
