HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE PLANNING COORDINATOR IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Planning Coordinator to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This individual will be responsible for providing customer support, generating and processing trucking paperwork, maintaining records Microsoft Excel and Outlook, preparing presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint, collaborating with teams and external partners, and supporting transportation scheduling and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service, proficiency in Microsoft programs, organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $19-22/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Located in Grand Prairie, Texas
- Provide customer support by phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Generate and process Bills of Lading and other trucking paperwork accurately
- Maintain and update records in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Prepare and edit presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office Suite applications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer inquiries and ensure efficient service delivery
- Support transportation scheduling, documentation, and follow-up processes as needed
- 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
