Be the Senior Nursing Executive You've Always Aspired to Be
- Collaborate with all medical, clinical, and therapeutic disciplines to foster a patient-focused, team-oriented culture that delivers superior service and outstanding outcomes.
- Develop programs, policies, and procedures that meet the nursing care and service needs of patients.
- Represent nursing on various committees, including the Governing Body, Quality Council, and others as needed.
- Promote cultural diversity and ensure an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Cultivate a culture that empowers the hospital to achieve its mission and exceeds its goals.
- Implement standards set forth by the Joint Commission, CMS, State, and hospital regulations.
- Utilize staffing metrics to ensure the proper allocation of resources based on patient acuity.

Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Commitment to obtaining CRRN certification within a year of meeting eligibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, or a higher degree if required by state regulations.
- Five years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Two years of recent nursing management experience, overseeing policy, procedure, and budgetary tasks.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
