Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the global talent acquisition team in their work to provide high quality talent acquisition services to the Church workforce.
Employees at this level work with a high degree of latitude, have expert knowledge of administrative support and help perform complex administrative duties for the Global Talent Acquisition team.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition with frequent partnerships with department and area HR teams, vendors, industry contacts, and internal as well as external applicants.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the following activities:
- Support recruiters by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Tech Support, HR Legal, Shared Services, etc.) during the pre-boarding process.
- Manage contract worker onboarding, collaborating with internal recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and third-party recruiting agencies.
- Partner with the Vendor Management Office to monitor and manage contract worker agreements.
- Provide data analysis services for the global Talent Acquisition organization, including creating and analyzing reports in Oracle ATS.
- Analyze data and trends to guide organizational decisions related to Talent Acquisition.
- Develop surveys and dashboards to support data-driven improvements in TA processes.
- Create and maintain standardized documentation for Talent Acquisition workflows and best practices.
- Assist with pre-hire assessments, interview scheduling, presentations, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Required:
- 3 years of related experience
- Experience with administration of recruiting or hiring processes, including pre-boarding
- Experience with data analysis
- Key skills and core competencies:
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized
- Skilled in data analysis
- Proficient with technology tools and systems
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree
