Responsibilities

    • Position Summary:
    • Monitor warehouse inventory and perform daily cycle counts.
    • Verify materials match reported inventory.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through correct processing of receipts, transfers, and issues.
    • Main Duties:
    • Daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and non-conforming materials.
    • Use ERP system to process counts and review inventory activity.
    • Confirm correct material locations; search for missing inventory.
    • Report discrepancies and damaged products; help publish weekly/quarterly metrics.
    • Perform root cause analysis on inventory issues and recommend improvements.
    • Stock/bin verification counts.
    • Maintain clean, orderly warehouse environment.
    • Follow all quality, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
    • Operate wave, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.
    • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma required.
    • 1 year factory experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
    • strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
    • strong communication and time-management skills.
    • Customer service mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and basic math.
    • Ability to use scales for inventory counts.


The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 35lbs
