Nursing Supervisor - Night Shift 7P-7A

Join Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing as a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursing Supervisor We're looking for a skilled LPN/RN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents. In this vital role, you will oversee nursing responsibilities, manage resident care, and guide staff activities on the night shift. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in alignment with our company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective, outcome-focused nursing care utilizing the nursing process, while proactively identifying resident needs for discharge planning and follow-up.
- Implement and manage care plans efficiently and effectively, ensuring a resident-centered approach.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are adjusted based on residents' changing needs.
- Provide and maintain optimum levels of resident care and comfort by employing current nursing knowledge and practices.
- Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments to facilitate effective unit operations on your shift.
- Communicate timely and relevant information regarding treatment and care assessments to the team, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, ensuring compliance with treatment plans and physician instructions.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
- Current LPN/RN license to practice in Tennessee.
- Previous leadership experience in a nursing home setting is a plus.
