Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Food Service Worker - Casual for the Dining Services.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Performs general utility work in the various dining facilities at Rutgers University, including food prep, service and maintenance.

Salary Details
$18 - $22/hourly

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience

• High school/vocational school education or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Certifications/Licenses

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service.

Equipment Utilized

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift/carry food, beverage and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
