Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Train new front desk staff on company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent
