Lead Front Bar Receptionist

The Lead Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest who comes through the door, as well as supporting the team under the guidance of the Salon Manager. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette, and product and service recommendations.
This role also requires travel between locations to support our Front Bar team.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
Be proficient in the POS system and stay updated on ongoing in-store promotions.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store at all times.
Experience:
Guest Service Experience: 1 year (required)
Sales and Marketing Experience
Salon Experience (preferred)
Current Esthetic Students (preferred)
Job Type: Full Time
Education: High School or equivalent
Pay: $17-20/hr plus eligible for 15% net product commissions plus membership and package sale bonuses of $5-$40 per sale.
