Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at River Front Recycling & Aggregate in Camden, NJ.
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue for the company.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets in material sales, site work and paving.
Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational ad time management skills. Analytic and strategic thinking skills. Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Previous sales experience in related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
