The Branch Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Administer and oversee the efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, security, and safety.
  • Hire, train, and develop branch staff.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor branch performance, trends, and market opportunities.
  • Manage and drive overall branch profitability.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of documented branch growth.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a branch environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Pay Rate Range: $74,880 -107,525/ year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
