Machine Builder / Fabricator

Pay Range: $25 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the heavy assembly of custom conveyor systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and experience working with hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble custom conveyor systems and related equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Perform heavy mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Work safely and efficiently, following company procedures and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, move, and assemble heavy components.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Mig Welding a plus
