Join Our Team as a Surgical Technologist I - General Specialty Evening Shifts

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing optimal patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment. As a Surgical Technologist I, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and ensuring a sterile and efficient surgical area.

Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

  • Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
  • Shift: Evening
  • Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15 per hour
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, and educational assistance.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus with distance-based relocation and $2,000 for evening shifts

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the surgical area with a focus on maintaining a clean and sterile environment.
  • Assist in setting up for various surgical procedures and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary instruments and supplies.
  • Transport patients and assist in maintaining their safety and comfort.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide the best surgical care.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed within 6 months, unless otherwise determined by the department leader.
  • No previous experience necessary; we welcome new graduates
