Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Philadelphia, PA
As Compliance Specialist, you will be:
- Responsible for triaging and tracking all contracts and agreements throughout their entire lifecycle including but not limited to receipt, assignment, negotiation, business area review, signature execution, and imaging/filing.
- Triaging and assigning contract and agreement drafting to team members
- Tracking agreement and contract receipt and entire lifecycle of that client agreement/contract in Microsoft Dynamics
- Building, maintaining, and generating key reports using Power BI for use by management and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring that all finalized contracts and agreements are fully executed, imaged, and filed electronically
- Participating in implementation meetings to obtain information on new groups that will require contracts and agreements. Provide cross-functional team with contract and agreement status
- Assisting Manager in enhancing CRM tool and automating tasks where feasible
- Providing contract and agreement drafting assistance as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics
- Prior experience using Power BI
- Experience actively participating in cross functional meetings, providing status updates, requirements, challenges, etc.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $30- $33Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
