This is an opportunity to do meaningful work with a schedule and support structure designed to help you thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Predictable Schedule: Monday through Friday, providing care to an average of 15 patients per day; no nights or weekends

  • Rewarding Compensation: Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $135,280 to $160,336 with no cap on productivity income potential
What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality psychiatric care and medication management to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
  • Collaborate with facility teams to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide follow-up and continuity of care that enhances mental wellness and quality of life

What You'll Need
  • Active PMHNP license in Kansas with the ability to practice and bill independently
  • DEA license in Kansas
  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, and documentation skills
  • A passion for improving the mental health and well-being of older adults
