Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Plumber/Pipefitter in Lancaster, PA to install plumbing and piping systems for commercial construction projects.

Impact

• Deliver quality installations through expert plumbing and pipefitting skills

• Support building functionality with properly installed water, waste, and vent systems

• Ensure code compliance through knowledge of plumbing regulations

• Contribute to project success through reliable workmanship

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and vent piping

• Fit and assemble pipe, fittings, valves, and fixtures

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications

• Install plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters

• Rough-in and trim plumbing systems for commercial buildings

• Coordinate with other trades on installation sequencing

• Pressure test water and gas piping systems

• Follow plumbing codes and safety protocols

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license preferred

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and installation methods

• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing drawings

• Proficiency with plumbing hand tools and equipment

Nice-to-Haves

• Medical gas piping certification

• Backflow preventer testing certification

• OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification

• Experience with water treatment and filtration systems
