In this role, you will oversee the care team, provide crucial education and training regarding clinical practices and regulatory changes, and assist in orienting new staff members. You will be an essential part of our care team, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:
- A strong desire to serve patients and families with a commitment to exceptional care
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred) with a current state license as a registered nurse
- Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as an RN in a relevant clinical care setting (home health or hospice preferred)
- Required: Reliable transportation and the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift 80-100 lbs.
