Key Responsibilities:

As a Surgical Technologist (Tech II), you’ll be a critical part of the perioperative team, ensuring each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Prepare surgical suites with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies

  • Assist in transporting, positioning, prepping, and draping patients

  • Scrub in and support surgeons by anticipating needs and passing instruments

  • Monitor patient safety and surgical equipment during procedures

  • Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure efficient room turnover

  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia teams to deliver optimal care

Qualifications:

We’re looking for experienced Surgical Techs who are passionate about surgical excellence.

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience as an OR Surgical Technologist

  • Must be able to first scrub in at least three of the following specialties:

    • Robotic Surgery

    • Total Joint Replacement

    • Neuro/Spine Procedures

    • Vascular Surgery

  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT) program

  • Active CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) certification – required upon hire

  • BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) – required upon hire

Compensation & Perks:

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience:

  • Hourly Pay Range: $25–$35/hr (up to max with 17+ years of experience)

  • Sign-On Bonus:

    • $15,000 for Tech II

    • $20,000 for Tech III

  • Shift Differentials: +$3/hr for Nights and Weekends

  • On-Call Pay: +$3/hr

  • Relocation Assistance Available
