Tenure: 6 months w/ possible extensions
# of Positions: 1
Interview Process: 1 internal + 1 client (all video interviews)

Job Summary: As a Senior Developer you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drive successful outcomes. Your expertise in Javascript and React JS will be crucial in managing technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Experience: 8-10 yrs

Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Very strong REACT JS senior developer
2. Individual contributor
3. Excellent Communication

Required Skills:
Strong in some or all - HTML5, CSS3, javaScript.
Strong in front-end technologies such as React JS , REDUX .
Experience with REST APIs, data fetching, and integrating with backend services
Strong in site tuning and performance optimization (HTTP Profiling, PageSpeed, etc.), including asset bundling, and code minification

Responsibilities:
• An individual contributor with excellent communication skills, to drive complex stakeholders' communication.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex React JS applications.
• Architect and build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in React Native, mobile development, and industry best practices.
• Drive technical innovation and explore new technologies to improve our development processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools and libraries.
