P&C Producer
Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced P&C Producer to join an innovative and growing insurance agency. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to work in a flexible, remote environment with no micromanagement. As a P&C Producer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients while leveraging the support of a dedicated service team. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record in the insurance industry, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across niche or general markets.
  • Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize agency management software, CRM platforms, and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an independent insurance agency.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Coachable and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina.
