Pharmacist for Formulary Strategy and Utilization Review

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze prescribing trends and recommend cost-effective medication alternatives.
  • Develop and uphold evidence-based formularies for a diverse range of payers.
  • Conduct retrospective Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with experience in managed care, DUR, or pharmacy benefits.
  • Strong background in Excel and data analytics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with clinical guidelines and Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) processes.
