As a driver, you will play an essential role in transporting children to and from school safely and on time while making a positive impact in your community.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a split-shift with morning and afternoon hours.
  • Guaranteed Hours: A stable 30 hours of work per week.
  • PAID CDL Training: No CDL? No problem We provide paid training to help you obtain your CDL.
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Available for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements.
  • Starting Pay Rate: Earn $24.25/hour as a School Van Driver; $28.50/hour as a School Bus Driver (CDL A or B with P and S endorsements required).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
  • Monitor traffic and road conditions to ensure passenger safety.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and district standards.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
  • Valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses or Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (willingness to obtain a CDL through our training is acceptable).
  • Ability to pass drug tests and background checks and maintain CDL compliance.
  • Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver's license and complete our paid training program.
