- Competitive Pay - Our pay structure includes an hourly base rate of $14.00 / hour for a Sr. Shift Leader and is combined with hourly tips. The yearly average for hourly tips at this location is an additional $5-$7 per hour. (Please note tips are not guaranteed)

What Sr. Shift Leaders Do:
- Assist in product ordering
- Oversee cash handling
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Assist in developing and enforcing food safety procedures
- Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team
- Experience with placing orders in a high volume environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Full-time availability

- Flexible Schedules - Shifts include openers, mids, and closers - NO late nights
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
