Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Management team by scheduling, assigning responsibilities, and setting clear expectations.
- Manage the performance of the Management team through evaluations, coaching, and holding them accountable.
- Plan and execute financial budgets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Oversee all restaurant operations to deliver a fantastic Guest experience.
- Model operational and quality standards, ensuring Team Members meet expectations.
- Foster transparent communication between Team Members and Management.
- Encourage positive behaviors by championing changes and restaurant initiatives.
- Drive financial results by utilizing Chili's systems for effective cost control.
- Follow operational systems, including Manager Timelines and conducting quality Line Checks.
- Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for future leadership roles.
- Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and build relationships within the community.
- Practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
- Embody and communicate Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, and Play Restaurant.
