Chick-fil-A Irondequoit - Restaurant Manager

Position Overview:

The Chick-fil-A Manager plays a critical role in leading the team, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality. All Managers are responsible for producing a dining experience for Chick-fil-A guests that embodies genuine hospitality, high quality/ safe food and ensures fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment. As a member of the Irondequoit CFA leadership team, Managers will ensure that the restaurant pursues its vision to care for our community and provide opportunities through great food, passionate people, and service for others.

Requirements
  • Hospitality: A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
  • Availability: Must have open availability, including weekends. Needs be willing to work closing and opening shifts.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
