Job Overview

At Home Instead, we refer to our caregivers as Care Professionals (Care Pros) because they are skilled at helping older adults live fulfilling lives. What You’ll Gain as a Caregiver
  • $15.00-$16.00/hr with weekly pay & direct deposit

Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide personal care services such as grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and incontinence management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of three professional references.
  • Must be willing and able to work two shifts every weekend with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and relationship-building.
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Must complete any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements.
