FLEXCUBE BA JOB Description: (Points in bold are must haves)

• In-depth knowledge and exposure to Oracle FCUBS application (Only Flexcube Corporate) : Extensive business analysis experience across a range of projects, programmes in Core Banking & Payments Domain (Candidates with Virtual Accounts knowledge will be preferred)
• Good Techno Functional knowledge in FLEXCUBE modules (such as CASA / IC / Accounting / Payments / Trades) , maintenances.
• Must demonstrate expertise in Banking Domain (Corporate banking), complex financial / Accounting analysis/regulatory guidelines.
• Strong Knowledge of FLEXCUBE maintenances set up.
• Working knowledge of ORACLE PL/SQL queries and other related operations is desirable.
• ble to work independently and perform responsibilities under minimal support.
• Expertise in a wide range of requirement elicitation and documentation techniques, using a range of methodologies
• Extensive experience of documenting use cases, functional specifications or similar
• Experience with system and user acceptance testing, including test management tools
• Experience of business process modelling and tools
• Strong communications skills & Analytical and problem solver
• Proficient in the use of database query tools and BI tools to analyse dat
• Familiar with all phases of the SDLC • Able to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background.
• Good communication skills, strong influencing & negotiating skills.
• Experience in working with global delivery models, leveraging cross location distributed teams.
