About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time contract position in Lake Katrine, NY. This role is ideal for a clinically skilled, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
  • Room patients and prepare for clinical visits
  • Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
Qualifications

Required:
  • Active New York State LPN license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Occupational health screening clearance
Preferred:
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
  • Travel: Occasional coverage may be required in Rhinebeck or New Paltz; no intra-shift travel or home visits
