Summary

We are seeking an Account Servicing Representative with 1-3 years of experience to join our team to support our back office operations. This is a hybrid-based position with minimum 2 days in the Van Nuys office required and supports many facets of the day-to-day operations within the Account Servicing department.

This position collaborates with frontline and back office departments to support new member onboarding, legal processes and other critical account maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting a back office department, or commensurate work experience, is preferred.

Education and Certificates/Licenses

A minimum education of high school education or GED

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, EQ and customer service skills

Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to function well in a fast-paced and changing environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Working understanding of IT/Risk/Compliance principles, practices and procedures is preferred

This position involves primarily non-manual labor. Reliable, predictable, on-time attendance is essential, particularly to assure duties are fulfilled. The associate will spend most of the working time sitting, standing or walking, including significant time using computers. Position requires repetitive hand movements, the daily ability to focus on several tasks at one time, analyze data and draw conclusions, quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations, analyze and explain complex information, communicate frequently with others in person, over the phone, via electronic communications, and in group presentations. The associate must be able to travel regularly among the branches supervised. The position may include occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
