Our client, a dynamic player in the warehouse industry, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Warehouse Associate Needed for

Picking and Packing

XXX ADULT Themed Merchandise

Location: Broomfield, CO

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

(30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Occasional overtime may extend the day to 5:30 PM; weekend work is rare.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Broomfield. This is a hands-on role focused on order picking, scanning, and general warehouse duties in a clean, well-organized facility. Candidates should be comfortable handling packaged adult consumer products as part of routine order fulfillment.

This position is ideal for someone seeking steady, long-term employment-not a short-term or seasonal role.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders

• Use RF scanners to complete multiple scans per order

• Lift, move, and stack boxes up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift

• Safely use ladders as needed

• Operate basic computer systems, scan guns, and related equipment

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For

• Comfort handling boxed adult merchandise in a professional, warehouse setting

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

• 1-2 years of manual ( non-automated ) warehouse experience

• MUST have RF scanners experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Consistent and reliable attendance

• Forklift experience not required-this role does not use forklifts
