Bio-Medical Equipment Technician

Job Title: Bio-Medical Equipment Technician (000084) Duties: Repairs, calibrates, operates and maintains all types of basic medical equipment technologies, devices, instruments and systems. Inspects, installs, and provides preventive maintenance of general equipment. This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K [include any compulsory benefits such as commissions, incentive bonuses, etc. if applicable]. Pay range: (USD)16.49 hrly -(USD)20.17 hrly Skills: 1 year experience. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in Bio Medical Technology, Bio Medical Engineering Technology, Biomedical Electronics Technology or related field preferred. Schedule Notes: Much of the role would require stocking properly (checking for expired items), turning over the operating room, making sure machines (sonogram, rapid infuser) etc are clean and dusted regularly Very Important that candidate is able to communicate and work well with other FTEs, Nurses, Anesthesiologists, they will take orders from Nurses etc anyone who needs help really. It's a small department where communication and respect are important Position can go FTE if worker works well with the dept.
