We seek a Lead Software Engineer to join a project in the green energy sector.

By building a platform that accelerates the sustainable, affordable, and resilient energy transition, you will take on a significant and rewarding challenge.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to building software from the ground up, showcasing exceptional attention to detail.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the team to bring a product to new markets, customizing it to meet the unique needs of partners, clients, and customers.
  • Work alongside other teams to modify existing capabilities, taking ownership of components that address the specific needs of electric vehicles, chargers, and energy providers.
  • Engage in the entire lifecycle from rapid prototyping to scoping/refining work and developing solutions.
  • Participate in the support rota to manage platform issues and respond to incidents as they arise.
  • Gain hands-on experience with various technologies, such as Go, Kafka, Flutter, and GCP.

  • A hands-on engineering approach with expertise in Go or at least one programming language and a history of contributing to diverse systems across different technologies.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in building iOS and/or Android applications with Flutter or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
  • Experience in cloud environments, particularly GCP.
