Job Description: We are seeking talented, ambitious individuals who are eager to prove themselves in the rapidly growing Medical Device Sales Industry. This position offers a tremendous growth opportunity for those looking to break into the Medical Device Sales Industry and represent proprietary technology to today's clinical leaders in the Acute Care Industry.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Shifts: 2nd Shift 2PM to 11PM CST. Wednesday & Saturday off

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from Hospital and Nursing Home customers, handling approximately 40 calls per day.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with technicians, service coordinators, management, and the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Research service orders for quality control and ensure accuracy.
  • Enter orders into a custom software database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize call center experience to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
