$17-$18/HR

MON-FRI, 8AM-5PM

The Lee Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a growing operation in Newport News, VA. This is more than just a clerical position-you'll be the primary point of contact for a major account, helping to keep processes on track and customers satisfied. If you're organized, upbeat, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments
  • Complete billing tasks accurately and on time
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records
  • Schedule inbound and outbound delivery appointments
  • Create and update customer account standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Job Qualifications of Customer Service Representatives
  • Must be approachable and genuine with a great sense of fun
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) required
  • Customer service or logistics experience preferred
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Customer Service Representatives
  • Role includes office and warehouse interaction
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
