Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Job Location: Kansas City, MO
Work Schedule: 100% on-site M-F
Pay Rate: $85k-$105k/yr. + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k
Must have:
- 2+ yrs of Finance experience for a corporation with more than $50M annual Revenue
- Bachelors degree in Business or similar, preferred: Finance or Accounting
- Advanced Excel skillset (V-looks, Pivot tables, SumIf statements, etc.)
- Experience with variance analysis, forecasting of accounts, etc.
- CPA firm experience
- Experience in the financial services or Insurance

The Sr. Financial Analyst will design and enhance analytical, reporting, and forecasting tools to support data-driven decision-making and business performance analysis. They will also collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze key financial metrics, identify trends and variances, and deliver strategic insights for budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvement.
Must have:
